Dr. Scappa is the Urologist of Revitalize, “The Trilogy”. Dr. Robert Scappa has an extensive experience in urology and emergency medicine. With 47 years of expertise, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Revitalize, “The Trilogy”. His specific interests and erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, and weight management aligned perfectly with the center’s focus on holistic wellness.

Dr. Aihara is the Medical Director of Revitalize, “The Trilogy”. After years of caring for the critically ill as a surgeon, her goal now is to focus on prevention and self-care. She believes that true wellness lies not only in treating the physical body but also in nourishing the mind and soul.
Dr. Aihara’s credentials include her degree in medicine from the University of Southern California/Keck School of Medicine, internship and residency at Tufts University School of Medicine/New England Medical Center, as well as a fellowship in Trauma and Surgical critical care at the Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center. She remained on staff at Boston University as an assistant professor. She was in charge of surgical education for the medical school as well as training for the first responders of the Boston Medflight program.
In 2003, her transition to Southwest Florida and her services as a trauma surgeon and breast surgical oncologist at Lee Memorial Hospital significantly impacted the community. Currently at Revitalize, she and her team of providers have come together to create a unique, holistic, and comprehensive approach to empowering individuals to achieve optimal wellness.
Katie Thomas, PA-C was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and raised in Southwest Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Gulf Coast University, graduating summa cum laude, before completing her Physician Assistant training at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers. With a foundation in general medicine and additional experience in dermatology and urgent care, Katie joined the practice in April 2024. She now specializes in sexual health and overall wellbeing, and finds the greatest reward in helping patients enhance their quality of life and achieve lasting improvements in health. Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading fiction and traveling to different countries.
