With 47 years of expertise, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Revitalize, “The Trilogy”. Rie Aihara, M.D.

Dr. Aihara is the Medical Director of Revitalize, “The Trilogy”. After years of caring for the critically ill as a surgeon, her goal now is to focus on prevention and self-care. She believes that true wellness lies not only in treating the physical body but also in nourishing the mind and soul.

Dr. Aihara’s credentials include her degree in medicine from the University of Southern California/Keck School of Medicine, internship and residency at Tufts University School of Medicine/New England Medical Center, as well as a fellowship in Trauma and Surgical critical care at the Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center. She remained on staff at Boston University as an assistant professor. She was in charge of surgical education for the medical school as well as training for the first responders of the Boston Medflight program.

In 2003, her transition to Southwest Florida and her services as a trauma surgeon and breast surgical oncologist at Lee Memorial Hospital significantly impacted the community. Currently at Revitalize, she and her team of providers have come together to create a unique, holistic, and comprehensive approach to empowering individuals to achieve optimal wellness.

Meir Daller, M.D.

Dr. Daller is the founder of Gulfstream Urology/Revitalize. As the founder of Gulfstream Urology/Revitalize, Dr. Daller has made a significant impact on the lives of many patients. His education and training at the Boston University School of Medicine, followed by his residency in Urology, have equipped him with the expertise to excel in his field. His involvement with the team that developed Viagra and Cialis is particularly impressive, showcasing his commitment to innovative and effective treatments.

Dr. Daller’s dedication to providing cutting-edge urology care and procedures in Southwest Florida since 2003 has undoubtedly improved the lives of many individuals. Additionally, his engagement with the community through his radio talk show on sexual wellness demonstrates his passion for educating and empowering people to prioritize their health and well-being.

Currently, Dr. Daller is on a sabbatical to follow his passion of researching new approaches to keep his patients healthy and happy. His work continues to inspire and improve the lives of many!

Melissa Fleszar, D.N.P.

Dr. Melissa is a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Revitalize, “The Trilogy”. Dr. Melissa is a Board-certified DNP/APRN, a fellowship-trained nurse practitioner who is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for patients. Dr. Fleszar has expertise in integrative family practice, regenerative medicine, anti-aging and sexual health including male and female hormone replacement, erectile dysfunction and vaginal rejuvenation. Her personalized approach to patient care ensures that you receive the best treatment tailored to your specific needs.

Katie Thomas, PA-C

Katie is a Physicians Assistant at Revitalize, “The Trilogy”. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Katie was raised in Fort Myers, Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with highest honors from Florida Gulf Coast University. Katie pursued her Physician Assistant education at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, graduating in 2023.

Before joining Revitalize the Trilogy, Katie gained valuable experience in Dermatology in Naples, Florida, performing full-body skin examinations, diagnosing skin cancers, and assisting with surgeries. She has a deep passion for health and wellness, particularly in supporting patients’ longevity through the comprehensive services offered at Revitalize the Trilogy.

Outside of her professional life, Katie finds joy in spending quality time with loved ones, exploring new destinations, and playing pickleball.
