Dr. Aihara is the Medical Director of Revitalize, “The Trilogy”. After years of caring for the critically ill as a surgeon, her goal now is to focus on prevention and self-care. She believes that true wellness lies not only in treating the physical body but also in nourishing the mind and soul.
Dr. Aihara’s credentials include her degree in medicine from the University of Southern California/Keck School of Medicine, internship and residency at Tufts University School of Medicine/New England Medical Center, as well as a fellowship in Trauma and Surgical critical care at the Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center. She remained on staff at Boston University as an assistant professor. She was in charge of surgical education for the medical school as well as training for the first responders of the Boston Medflight program.
In 2003, her transition to Southwest Florida and her services as a trauma surgeon and breast surgical oncologist at Lee Memorial Hospital significantly impacted the community. Currently at Revitalize, she and her team of providers have come together to create a unique, holistic, and comprehensive approach to empowering individuals to achieve optimal wellness.
